We use a CRM designed for our industry to streamline your search for the right candidate – with Bullhorn we already have a candidate pipeline to help you get started. Bullhorn goes on to provide a seamless process from the initial client requirement to the ultimate placement.

The very latest Office 365 keeps us organised, connected and gives us access to the rich catalogue of documents.

Salary sacrifice for child care vouchers
We offer Salary sacrifice for childcare vouchers, pension, bike to work and health. The way it works is this – you choose to sacrifice some of your salary for one of the benefits you need, and you will get the vouchers tax free. For example - if you want £200 of childcare vouchers a month, your salary will be reduced by £200 so you will pay less tax and national insurance too. Then you can choose where to spend those vouchers.

Holidays
You will be entitled to your 25 days holiday a year in addition to the bank holidays but you may want more.

At Bigg Group we want you to be refreshed and ready to work and if that means a bit more time off, then we will try everything we can to make it happen. If you have the travel bug, or if you just need a bit more than the standard 20 days holiday a year, let us know and we will see what we can do to accommodate you.

Duvet days – And when you just need a day to recover from the night before – or can’t get yourself motivated – have a day on Bigg Group – twice a year. Just let us know in the morning and come back to work the next day refreshed and re-vitalised.

Social
The great thing about being based in the creative heart of Brighton is that we have grown to appreciate the buzzing bars and restaurants just a stone’s throw from our office.

We have regular evenings out together so we can catch up on work and non-work things and get to know each other in a more relaxing atmosphere. Whether it is an informal night in one of our locals, a summer party, Christmas do or a swish meal in a fancy Brighton restaurant, Bigg Group always make it a night out to remember.

Friday – earlies
Provided your work is done for the week, we often advocate a communal ‘pint on the Company’ from 4pm Fridays. If you have a young family or have a special date with your partner, why not get away early?
