My client is looking to recruit a 1st / 2nd Line support Analyst with exp in Manufacturing, supply chain and Sales and Distribution systems, having the ability to support SAP R3 in SAP factory, Interface Monitoring and idoc error handling, production planning, SNP, User admin and security, EDI B2B relationships with external partners, Sales and Distribution and Business Warehouse. Strong knowledge and ability is required to support large multi-site end user community. To work with and escalate calls to 3rd line support in central IT functions as well as working in global project teams. Manage own workflow in HP Openview service desk tool and work to agreed SLAs. Knowledge of manufacturing and sales processes and the IT systems used, including the ability to support in-house logistics, HR, Time & access and plant data capture systems (training provided).UK and European travel occasionally required.
