Job description
Area Support Manager required by a global provider of Investment Management solutions to Manage the back office team that support an automated, next-generation Back Office system for used for listed derivatives. The Support Manager should be proficient in using a back office system either from a data management or a systems analyst role and have an in depth knowledge of the F&O exchange traded derivatives markets, ideally from a reconciliations or customer service background. You should also have experience managing a team / team leadership. Knowledge of the OTC’s would be an additional benefit. Technical skills: RDBMS (SQL / Oracle), UNIX, Citrix, Remote access – troubleshooting client issues for in house clients, Web – familiarity with Tomcat/Web servers, Crystal reports would be useful.
