My client is one of the world's leading law firms. Their presence in Delhi currently focuses on the transition and operation of a range of back-office activities & it is planned to move further technology activity to India. The execution of this plan demands the creation of an effective and robust infrastructure to support the remote operation of technology and associated processes. This Analyst will be responsible for delivering the analytical activities to shape a project and the key analysts activities throughout a Project in an efficient manner. These may include analysing and documenting processes to make recommendations for improvements, identifying and analysing potential solutions and understanding the impact on the business of recommendations. The main areas of focus will be: Scoping and planning the process documentation/procedures and people training needed for off-shoring agreed IT processes to the captive global shared service centre based in Delhi. The role incumbent would preferably be degree level educated with a Bachelors degree or equivalent, ideally in a science or math's based subject.  Although not essential, they would also be qualified in a recognised project methodology such as Prince2, PMI or PMBOCK.

 Skills and Experience required: Prior experience within a captive IT offshore services facility project (preferably Indian based); Prior experience and considerable understanding of IT (and BPO) process mapping. Particularly within an off-shoring and/or outsourcing programme of work.

Prior experience of identifying training needs, designing and then implementing a solution to ensure these needs are met. Particularly within an off-shoring and/or outsourcing programme of work; Ability to work with different functions and at different levels in the firm - i.e. from IT staff, to IT Directors and Senior Management as well as Global Operations Group staff members. Members of HR etc.; Good project management skills, facilitation, and influencing skills; A tactful and collaborative personality; Experience of working in a professional services and/or partnerships environment would be advantageous; Analytical Thought and Problem Solving.
