My client are a high-technology company and provide encryption based solutions to help organisations worldwide protect their most sensitive information. Currently they sell their products and services direct to the end customer and also through channel partners. They are expanding rapidly and committed to doubling their revenue by 2011. Key to their plans for further global expansion is a highly motivated and highly trained Inside Sales Team to help maximise the business potential from EMEA and achieve revenue, profit and product targets set by the company. The Inside Sales Team is based in Cambridge and supports all three EMEA Regions from there – Northern, Central and Southern Europe. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing sales team at an exciting phase in the development of the company. As an internal sales executive you will: Provide telephone sales support for direct and channel customers; Support external Sales Mangers, 2 or 3 per Inside Sales Executive; Process incoming lead opportunities; Qualify and process all quarterly maintenance renewals; Generate new opportunities, outbound calls (new and targeted); Qualify and generate opportunities from Marketing leads (new and targeted); Support Channel customers with Partner training and promotional activities; Provide back up for other members of the EMEA Inside Sales Team. Ideally, candiates should possess the following knowledge and skills: 1 - 2 years proven experience as an Inside Sales Executive; 1 - 2 years Inside Sales experience in a technology or similar environment; 1 - 2 years Inside Sales experience supporting EMEA regions; 1 - 2 years Inside Sales experience in a Channel as well as a Direct environment. you will also be adept at: Prospecting or cold calling; Qualification of need; Presenting the nCipher solution; Negotiating & Closing; Handling objections; Forecasting and related sales processes; Presentation, verbal and written communications skills; Additional language skills in any of the following would also be of particular interest: German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portugese, Arabic, Russsian. Computer literacy is also required.
